Where can I buy your products? Right here on our site. You can also find some products through Amazon or partner shops. Look for the Shop for merch and labels, and Curations for recommended tools.
How do you choose the products and ingredients you recommend? Our recommendations are based on a combination of trusted sources — including research from organizations like EWG.org, ingredient safety databases, and similar public health resources. We may also consult subject matter experts when appropriate.
That said, we believe you are the best judge of what works for your home and your health. We encourage everyone to do their own research, read labels, and make informed choices that fit their needs. Our goal is to empower — not prescribe.

How is your merch printed and shipped? We use print-on-demand services to reduce waste and keep things efficient. Your items are made just for you — so allow a bit of extra time for delivery.
How long will my order take? Typical processing time is 2–7 business days. Shipping times depend on your location. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet — but we're working on it.
Can I track my order? Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. We trust our print partners to handle your order with care — and we stand behind that process. If something shows up broken, flawed, or clearly not what you ordered, let us know at shop@crunchyverse.com and we'll help file a claim through the proper channels. Thanks for understanding — made-to-order means less waste, fewer regrets, and no overstock headed to landfills.
Can I get a refund on a digital product? Because digital files are delivered instantly, we can't offer refunds. But if you have any issues, reach out to shop@crunchyverse.com.
