Orders & Purchases
Order acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability through our fulfillment partners. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund for that order.
Pricing. We work to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment, or contact you to confirm the correct price before shipping.
Fulfillment by third parties. Crunchyverse does not hold physical inventory. Physical products are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partners once an order is placed. Shipping timelines depend on their production schedules and are outside our direct control, though we stand behind the process.
Returns & exchanges. Because every physical item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or is clearly not what you ordered. If this happens, contact us at shop@crunchyverse.com and we will help resolve it through the appropriate channel.
Digital products. Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on digital products. If you experience a technical issue with a download, contact us at shop@crunchyverse.com.
